The UNC-Chapel Hill Retired Faculty Association

The UNC-Chapel Hill Retired Faculty Association is a voluntary membership organization founded in 1986 for retired faculty and professional staff from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. An executive committee plans intellectual programming for RFA’s general luncheon meetings at UNC’s Friday Center. It also produces a newsletter, maintains a website, and establishes partnerships with campus and local organizations to provide volunteer and learning opportunities. Two members serve as liaisons to the UNC-CH Faculty Council, allowing retired faculty and staff to remain informed and involved in the UNC-Chapel Hill community.
